We also often act as the sounding board for many agents in the market place who are looking for a “second opinion” on real estate issues that arise.
Belinda Garcia is the company’s Managing Principal Broker and Listing Agent. She supervises team activities, including Owner and Tenant file management and oversight of the Client and Security Deposit trust accounts. Belinda is also responsible for our Co-Op Agent Referral Program and our National Relocation program.
Ron Garcia is a licensed Broker in both Oregon and Washington. He acts primarily as Property Manager and Consultant; specializing in Single Family Homes, Plexes, and small Commercial projects throughout the Greater Portland market. Working with both Private Investors and Non-Profit Housing Agencies, Ron also handles acquisition as well as listings and sales.
Greg Hassen is our company’s Tenant Coordinator. His duties are to insure the efficient turn around for scheduling maintenance and repairs. He provides exceptional customer service to our Tenants, and keeps our Owners abreast on the needs of their properties.
Chuck Banta - part owner of Banta Construction (CCB # 188296) – is on top of our Property Management maintenance and repairs, including our after-hours emergency line. Chuck is also a licensed Broker with a broad knowledge of Real Estate and Construction, as well as our Portfolio. He often interacts with Clients and Tenants in both negotiations and resolutions.
