About Executive Property Management

		Ron Garcia has been a real estate broker since 1987. He was owner of Results Realtors; he has been a nationally published real estate columnist; he worked as a professional real estate trainer; he was formerly the Senior Vice-President of Stan Wiley, Inc., Realtors. Ron began his career in sales in 1974, and began investing in rental properties in 1980. He is currently the owner of The Realty Network GMAC Real Estate, Northwest General Mortgage Company and Executive Property Management. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, The Rental Housing Association of Portland and has been a multi-year Platinum Diamond member of the Million Dollar Club for The Portland Metropolitan Association of REALTORS. For over 2 decades, Ron has studied the real estate business from many different angles.

		Dana Gerstlauer has over 20 years of leasing and land lording experience. Dana, a licensed real estate broker, is a skilled negotiator with a sharp eye for detail. Her "easy to do business with" attitude allows for a comfortable working relationship with property owners and at the same time, she will be certain that your property is well managed to allow you the best possible return on your investment.
