Belinda Garcia is the Principal Broker and Owner of The GARCIA Group.
She is a graduate of UC Berkeley with a Masters Degree in English Literature. Her attention to detail is a trait that has become our gold (and blue – “go Bears”) standard – to which we are held.
Belinda began her career in real estate in 1992 when she and her husband Ron started their own brokerage called Results REALTORS in Sacramento, CA. In 1996 the Garcias relocated to Lake Oswego, Oregon. At that time Belinda worked for CHP Property Management and The Arcand Company, an investment firm specializing in multi-unit housing developments, with an emphasis on tax credits for low income projects throughout the western United States.
In 2005, Belinda joined The Realty Network GMAC Real Estate as Corporate Relocation Director, overseeing all of the company’s incoming and outgoing referrals nationwide.
Belinda opened The GARCIA Group in 2010 to realize her goal of independence and focus her years of experience assisting clients, especially through the recent shifts in the housing market.
Belinda heads up her team, along with her husband Ron Garcia and business partner Chuck Banta. Between them, The GARCIA Group has a combined total of nearly 50 years of real estate experience.
