Chuck Banta is the owner of BANTA CONSTRUCTION, a company founded by his father and in business for over 30 years. Banta Construction is certified for Lead Paint Remediation; CCB # 188296.
Chuck is also a Broker with The GARCIA Group, and he is the team’s Buyer’s Specialist. Chuck is a dedicated and hard-working individual; he does the “heavy lifting” throughout our sales transactions.
Born and raised in the Portland area, he loves the freedom and convenience of the Pacific Northwest. Chuck graduated from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon in 2004 with a B.S. in Business where he was also a centerfielder on the Wildcat Baseball Team.
Chuck started his career in the mortgage industry, and he worked as a mortgage broker for four years. Joing The GARCIA Group, Chuck changed his focus to real estate and has thoroughly enjoyed meeting new people and showing them the various housing options that our city has to offer.
In his free time, Chuck enjoys riding his four-wheeler at the Oregon Dunes; boating on the Willamette River; and playing slow pitch softball at Delta Park. As a lifelong resident of Portland, Chuck can put his insider knowledge to work to find you a special property in your neighborhood of choice.
