Ron Garcia has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1987. He is currently licensed in both Oregon and Washington. For over 25 years, Ron has studied the real estate business from many different angles and has always run his business as a “real estate resource center”.
Beginning his career in sales in 1974, Ron began investing in rental properties and bought his first rental home in 1979 at the age of 25.
He is a member of The National Association of Rental Propery Managers (NARPM); a Board of Director for The Rental Housing Association of Greater Portland. He is currently a member of the Clark County REALTORS Association and previously has been a multi-year Platinum Diamond Member of the Masters Club for The Portland Metropolitan Association of REALTORS. His real estate career spans nearly 30 years:
- He began as an real estate investor in 1978.
- He worked with a real estate syndicate as a project manager from 1980 to 1986.
- He was a top selling agent for Cook Realty in Sacramento, CA from 1986 to 1991.
- He was owner of Results Realtors in Sacramento, CA in the early 1990’s.
- He has been a nationally published real estate columnist.
- He has worked as a professional real estate trainer for much of the last 2 decades.
- He became Senior Vice-President for Stan Wiley, Inc., Realtors in the late 1990’s.
- From 1998-2010, Ron was owner /principal broker of 3 companies:
- The Realty Network GMAC Real Estate
- Northwest General Mortgage Company
- Executive Property Management
- He is a licensed broker in the state of Washington with Sandy Scott Uptown Realty.
- In 2011, Ron teamed with his wife, Belinda Garcia to form The GARCIA Group – Real Estate Services.
